Clover Pass Resort manager Russell Thomas & Clover Pass Resort dock manager Jeremy Merrill headed out the morning after the final guests left to see what was still swimming around. The wind was gusting 20-30 MPH and the seas were rough. They spent the first few hours of the trip without much action, except for a beautiful 13.6-pounder Russell landed near Pup Island. Just before heading back to the dock they found a school of fish and netted three more coho in about 5 minutes. A great way to wrap up the morning’s fishing!
