Enjoy everything from a sea feast to prime rib. Meals are served buffet style and include a wide variety of offerings to meet even the most discriminating diner.

Breakfast starts at the crack of dawn, giving you a jump start before heading out into the fishing grounds of Ketchikan Alaska. Self-guided anglers can choose either a sack lunch or come back to the dining room for hot or cold lunch options.

Guided anglers, and self-guided anglers who do not plan to return for lunch, have the ability to pack a lunch before departing for the day.

Dinner features a rotating menu containing local seafood, chicken, and beef dishes that are sure to wow your taste buds! Chances are, if it’s caught in Southeast Alaskan waters it will likely find its way on the menu! Dinner service includes a nightly dinner special with salad and sides, bread, a variety of delightful desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is available for sale at Clover Pass Resort only.

Experience a sweet ending to each adventurous day with a delightful dessert. Depending on the menu, enjoy classic desserts like pie and ice cream or be surprised by more decadent desserts that delight guests for decades. Snacks and treats are also available throughout the day with unlimited soft drinks.

Each lodge has it’s own Chef with his or her own specialty menu. Meal plans change as we are ever evolving and coming up with more mouth-watering dishes. Please let us know ahead of time of you require any special accommodations.
